Our Commitment to Our Users and the Protection of Your Data Privacy.

At TouchCast, we’re committed to the highest standard of privacy and transparency when it comes to our users information. We’d like to take this moment to update you on the changes we’ve made to our product and privacy practices in order to comply with the new European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that took effect on May 25, 2018.

The purpose of the new EU GDPR regulations is to ensure that organizations meet the highest standards for protecting their customers’ data and maintain fair and secure marketing practices.

  • Options to request Personal Data Purge and Data Export
  • Organization Management Administration –  Administrators, please visit your organization’s TouchCast home at yourcompany.touchcast.com.

To stay updated on TouchCast and how we are meeting the commitment to privacy protection, we will revise the page as new information becomes available.

Employee Education and Training

In addition to internal training on policies and information security, all TouchCast employees will be trained on the impact of GDPR with respect to their roles.
